Owner map, GitHub and communication access, technical onboarding, customer-journey worksheet, and kickoff agenda required to start the ten-day clock.
Approval path
The build does not begin until the legal, commercial, ownership, and access conditions are explicit.

Execute both agreements and issue the initial 50% payment.
